1. What data do we collect?

When you use the Platform, we may collect and process the following types of data:

• 1.1. Registration data: first name, last name, e-mail address, phone number.
• 1.2. Vehicle data: vehicle registration number (required in order to identify the vehicle in the parking zone).
• 1.3. Geolocation data: GPS data from your device (only with your consent), so that we can find the nearest parking spaces for you.
• 1.4. Transaction and booking history: the date, time, and duration of bookings, the parking operator selected, and the amount paid.
• 1.5. Financial data: payment method and transaction status. (Note: the Company does not store your full bank card number or CVV/CVC code on its own servers.)
• 1.6. Technical data: IP address, device type, operating system, application version, and log files.

2. Purposes of processing

We process your personal data for the following legitimate purposes:

• Providing the service: managing your account, booking parking spaces, and processing transactions.
• Improving the service: improving the functionality and the security of the application and the customer experience.
• Communication: booking confirmations, reminders, system notifications, and customer support.
• Legal obligations: meeting the financial and tax obligations imposed by the applicable legislation of Georgia.

3. Who do we share your data with?

The confidentiality of your data is protected. Data is transferred to third parties only in strictly defined cases:

3.1. Parking operators: only the data necessary to fulfil the booking is passed on (for example, vehicle registration number, booking time).

3.2. Payment Providers: For the purpose of processing payments, issuing refunds, and managing chargebacks, Movedi Mobility LLC shares necessary transaction data with authorized payment partners: TPay LLC (Flitt) and JSC Bank of Georgia (BOG).

3.3. State authorities: in the cases directly provided for by law (for example, on the basis of a court ruling or an official request from law-enforcement bodies).

4. Data retention period

• Personal data is stored only for as long as is necessary to achieve the purposes set out in this Policy, or for the mandatory period established by law (for example, financial and tax records are kept for 3-5 years).
• If your account is closed, your personal data is deleted or anonymised, except for data that must be retained by law.

In accordance with the Law of Georgia on Personal Data Protection, you have the right to:
